Just a little glimpse into my life. I am a stay at home mom to 3 rambunctious and loving kiddos.
A (Cici) is 7 going on 17. She has a style sense all of her own which you will come to see on my blog.
B (Bubba) is 5. He is my wonderful sweet middle child. And usually if mom makes it he loves wearing it.
C (the wee one) is 2 and a spit fire. And so energetic I can hardly keep up most of the time.
I have no formal training in sewing at all. This has been a learn as I go process and still very much is. Growing up my mom did some sewing usually Halloween costumes and the occasional homecoming/prom dress. Both of my grandmothers sewed for themselves and their children. However I did not get the chance to learn from them.
I started wanting to learn more about sewing when my oldest was about 3 or 4. So many clothes out there seemed so simple to make. And the cost was crazy. So I started with some thing simple... The pillowcase dress and went from there. And found all these wonderful blogs with women doing the same thing and I was. And it was such a great learning resource.
So here I am and hope to inspire someone just as I was inspired by so many great blogs out there.
